GARLAND (Covering Katy) – Cinco Ranch High School wrestler Ricky Regas will win his 4th individual state title if he’s victorious in Saturday night’s final of the UIL wrestling state championships.
Regas (10-0) won three 160-pound weight-class matches Friday at Curtis Culwell Center in Garland.
Regas rejoined the Cinco Ranch team in late December and wasn’t eligible to wrestle until just before district action so it’s been a roller-coaster ride for the Cinco wrestler.
